How do I upgrade to the latest device?
Upgrading is easy and fast all you have to do is login to your account and let us know, we’ll take care of the rest. Once you receive your new device we’ll send you a laptop return box and prepaid shipping label.
What are the shipping times?
Once you’re approved for membership we’ll get your device on it’s way to you, shipping times vary but you can expect to receive it in as little as a week.
Are there discounts for education institutes?
At this time there are not discounts available for education institutes, however we can work with your school’s purchasing department to set up PO invoices or a modified payment schedule.
Will this be a hard or soft pull on my credit?
When you apply for the Gigabyte Refresh Program there will be a soft pull on your credit. Not sure what the difference is between a soft and hard pull, click here.
What happens at the end of my term?
At the end of your term you have a few options on how you can proceed.
· Upgrade – Exchange your device for a new one at 24 months
· Extend term – Continue making payments
· Buyout – Pay the termination fee and keep your device
· Cancel – Pay until end of term and return the equipment
Can I keep the device?
Of course, there’s a buyout option you can take advantage of to let you keep the device you currently have.
Is the Gigabyte Refresh program available internationally?
Today the Gigabyte Refresh program is only available to customers in the United States. We’d be happy to add you to our early access list for your country if the program expands.
Why do I need to provide my banking information?
We understand the hesitation to provide your bank account or accounting software user name and password. We ask for this information so that we can process your application faster. We use a 3rd party service and we are not provided access to your account, your username or password. We are just transmitted information utilized in the application review process, you may upload supporting documents or skip this part all together, but you may experience a delay in getting this transaction completed.
